Niki is a seasoned real estate expert with 23 years of experience in sales, leasing and property management. Niki is a local agent, born and raised in Laguna Beach, and a Certified Property Manager with a global reach representing clients in Orange County and beyond! Niki enjoys working with her husband, Baron, and is a mom of two - daughter, Bentley (10) and son, Baron Jr. (6), both at Top of the World Elementary. Niki currently serves as Treasurer for the Laguna Board of Realtors and is President of the Rotary Club of Newport-Balboa.
Baron Willhoit
Operations Manager/Owner of The W Collection, Inc.
Baron oversees the property management division while coordinating with vendors and contractors to address tenant and landlord concerns.
Colleen Klein
Office Manager/Senior Asset Manager
Colleen is the smiling face that greets you when you visit our office! Colleen provides general support to our agents, as well as transaction coordination and compliance. Colleen also handles bookkeeping and maintenance coordination for all of our properties.
Mark Miller
